If you are interested in policing in your area, why not attend one of the Police Authority's Police Community Liaison Forum meetings?
We arrange meetings across the county to give members of the public an opportunity to raise any issues or queries about policing. These meetings are open to everyone.
The Community Liaison Forums are also attended by members of the Police Authority and senior police officers. In some areas, other agencies involved with reducing crime and disorder also attend to give presentations and to answer questions. Members of the public can also raise issues informally, over a coffee, at the beginning or end of the meeting.
The Authority values the feedback it gets at these meetings and ensures that appropriate action is taken by the Constabulary where issues of concern are identified.
If you would like further details on any of these meetings, please contact Stuart Edwards, Acting Chief Executive, on 01768 217732.
