The Authority works with Cumbria Constabulary to conduct a number of postal surveys each year. This helps us to find out about the public’s priorities, get feedback on the service you receive and get your views on other specific issues, such as customer service. The surveys are sent to Community Voice, the citizens’ panel for Cumbria and are distributed via other networks, such as Cumbria Equality Resource Centre. To join Community Voice, click here
The results of the Summer survey 2011 are available here, these include the views from the Citizen Advisory Group and results from the Youth Survey. Survey results are considered by our Peolple and Performance Committee and Authority members use the information when making decisions on policing priorities, policies and the budget.
