"Mr. Mackey rang me last night at about 8.30pm to let me know of his appointment

"This is a great honour and massive opportunity for Mr Mackey and we are proud that he has been appointed to this role. Our thanks go to him for all of the work he has done to make Cumbria a safer place to live and work, during the most difficult and challenging times.
