If you want to see papers for current or future (up to seven days in advance) meetings go to the "Present Meetings" section.   If you want to see papers for meetings which have been held go to the "Past Meetings" section.  Use the navigation bar to access these sections.

Members of the public can attend meetings for those items that will be considered in the open part of the meeting.  Please note that a small part of the Authority's business is conducted in private when issues of a particularly sensitive nature are being discussed.  The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 sets out the circumstances in which the Authority may meet in the absence of the press and public.  Only those papers that are available to the press and public can be found on this site.

As this site was only developed in August 2004 the "Past Meetings" section only contains papers dating back to June 2004.  If you would like to see minutes or agendas from before that date please contact:-
