Alan has lived in Cumbria most of his life with his family (5 children) (2 grandchildren). He loves to travel and see new places.
He is keen that the public has a voice and feels it is important for residents in the West of the county to express their views. He thinks neighbourhood policing is important . He likes to support activities for young people in Workington and is Deputy Lord of the Manor of Workington.
