Elizabeth lives in Keswick and is a Keswick Town Councillor and is also a member of Keswick in Bloom, is the Ramblers Association Footpath Secretary and a volunteer for the Lake District National Park. She is also involved with Friends of Keswick Museum, Sustainable Keswick (SUSKES), Friends of Theatre by the Lake, Friends of Lake District, Woodland Trust,
Throughout her career she has been involved with many aspects of computing and her expertise is put to good use as the Authority’s Lead Member for IT.
Her interests are wide ranging, from gardening, theatre and music, to walking and croquet in the summer.
